Maybe cocktails and mixology are in my genes. My grandfather was the head of the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Importers, Inc. after Prohibition. Here he is (in the middle) chatting it up at an event at the Waldorf Astoria. I just love these classic old photos, you can almost hear the big bands in the background.

Classic Cosmo
1 1/2 shots vodka
1 shot triple sec
1 shot cranberry juice
1/4 shot lime juice
Luria Lemontini (Skinny Style)
1 1/2 shots citrus vodka
1 shot fresh lemon juice
1 shot orange juice
rim glass with sugar
4th of July Berry Blast
6 shots vodka
4 shots lemonade
4 shots triple sec
2 cups frozen berries (they act as the ice)
shake and mix with seltzer water to taste
(4 servings)
