Last October, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I’ve been so fortunate to receive an overwhelming amount of love and support from all of our friends, family, synagogue and school communities, and various breast cancer non-profits. So in the spirit of wellness and sisterhood, I’ve decided to bring my journey online and hopefully provide support for other women going through a similar experience or even raise awareness so we can continue to find a cure.
My overall theme will still be technology and media however the majority of my posts (identified as “Technotini-PINK”) during my year long journey will most likely be related to breast cancer and wellness. Each post will still have a sassy drink pairing, and I will try to include as many pop culture references as possible because what is life without some good cheezy pop culture and cocktails (or even pretty-in-pink mocktails). Oh and of course, some chocolate thrown in for good measure.
