Announcing Technotini Toasting Tuesdays-celebrating Women, Wine, Wellness, and #Wins!

Back in 2012 when I was going through my breast cancer treatments, I was very lucky to be surrounded by a wonderful group of women at our synagogue’s nursery school.  They all circled the wagons around me in daily support with things like meals, babysitting, talking/laughing, and even just hugs.  Their support helped me stay  strong to the point where my daughter’s teacher one day said “Shana, I don’t know how you do it.  I’m going to go home and have a glass of wine and toast you tonight!” Then another mother agreed and soon everyone at the pick-up line was talking about toasting me that evening.  I loved the idea of women coming together to toast each other in support, sisterhood and wellness, so I started a companion Facebook Page called Technotini-Pink.   After a couple weeks, the toasting fell off everyone’s radar but I’m excited to say I’m BRINGING IT BACK!!!

Announcing the new Technotini Toasting Tuesdays-celebrating Women, Wine, Wellness, and #Wins!  Every Tuesday, I will post a video talking about what I’m toasting that week and you can respond with videos of what you’re toasting,  or simple text comments and conversations are welcome too!  I also  have some fun Google + Hangout events that I’m thinking about, so be on the look out for those as well.
