Girl Scout Cookie season has just ended. The taste of the beloved thin mints still lingers on your lips. You’ve had a crazy, busy day and you just want to sit down, relax and enjoy a few more before their gone.
You head to your pantry and reach for the Thin Mints box.
But all your hand pulls out is crumbs! WHHHHAAATTTT????!!!! Noooooooooo!
Someone! Ate the Last of the Thin Mints!!!
(…and didn’t even throw away the box! Who does that? We won’t name names…but we all know it wasn’t the fish!).
That’s ok.
You BREATHE IN.
It’s not the end of the world. There’s still one box of cookies left.

How to Make Super Easy, 2 Minute Thin Mints Trefoil Cookies!
Avoid a potential cookie crisis with this easy 2 minute Thin Mints cookie recipe that will turn ho-hum cookies into extraordinary Thin Mints copy cats! #recipe Share on XIngredients:
(Measurements are based on a 1 person serving)
Handful of mint chocolate baking pieces (I used a bag of crushed Andes Candies for baking)
Some cream or milk
Trefoil cookies
Steps:
Fill a small glass bowl with the baking chocolate.
Add in some milk or creamer for moisture (around 1/8 cup).
Microwave for 1 minute.
Mix.
Then dip the Trefoils in the chocolate.
And if you’re really feeling festive—Cover with Sprinkles!
Voila! Mint chocolatey goodness on top of the plain shortbread.
Cookies are saved!
