Disney’s Frozen 2 Blueberry Granola Parfait
This delicious blueberry granola parfait is fun, festive, and super yummy! It’s perfect for Disney’s Frozen fans, winter wonderland parties, Hanukkah snacks, or even just for fun.
My daughters LOVE breakfast parfaits.
During the Spring and Summer when berries are at peak season, we love to make all kinds of different combinations, like our “Fixer Upper Parfait” inspired by Disney’s Frozen.
Well, even though it’s not really berry season, we still wanted to have some creative food fun. Once again, we couldn’t help but be inspired by Disney’s new Frozen 2 and decided to make a new Frozen-inspired Parfait.
This one came out really well. We used fresh blueberries, blue Jello, vanilla yogurt, Cool Whip, and granola.
As you can imagine…It was a big hit! My girls LOVED it!
