How to Make a Frozen-Inspired Fixer Upper Yogurt Parfait
This Frozen-inspired yogurt parfait is packed with protein and nutrients. Great for breakfast or after school snacks, this kid-friendly healthy food will have your little Frozen fans singing for more.
One of my daughters’ favorite foods is yogurt parfaits. They love combining the different kinds of fruit, yogurt and granola into a million different flavorful combinations. They think they’re like ice cream sundaes because they’re so pretty and flavorful…..but really—they’re a healthy snack packed with protein and nutrients! #momwin!
Recently, we were at the Dollar Tree and I found this cute Disney recipe book.
I brought it home and showed it to my daughters who immediately picked out the yogurt parfait. So I bought all the ingredients and we had a great time making these Christophe inspired “Fixer Upper Parfaits.
So, grab some berries and yogurt and Fix your own Fixer Upper “with a little bit of love!”
