Years ago, a good friend of mine shared with me a new smoothie recipe she created. It was soo fresh and clean tasting. Sooo perfect for summer.
Unfortunately, that original magical recipe was lost to the sands of time…but I think I’ve been able to recreate the essence of it in this super fresh Green Cucumber Mint Smoothie.
How to make the Farmer’s Market Green Cucumber Mint Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect to make after a fun trip to your local Farmer’s Market. It includes fresh spinach, fresh cucumber, and fresh mint leaves. All wonderful things to gather at your local Farmer’s Market. And all wonderful nutrient packed veggies to keep your immune system strong.
Ingredients:
- Cup Frozen tropical fruit (like mango or pineapple)
- ½ cup cut up cucumber
- 1 big handful of fresh spinach
- ¼ cup mint (or more if you’d like)
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup cold water
Steps:
Take all ingredients, add to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
