About the Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
We love Fall and all the cozy, warm flavors that come along with it.
Like this delicious Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie.
It seriously tastes like Liquid Pumpkin Pie!
It’s rich, and thick and full of pumpkin-y goodness. Not to mention all those yummy pumpkin pie spices. Mmmm. So good!
It’s also very nutritious.
It contains Dates for sweetness, Pumpkin Spice Protein Powder for protein, and chia seeds as a thickener. The dates are high in fiber and contain a low glycemic index. Chia seeds are a super food that are high in antioxidants, nutrients, and omega-3’s.

How to Make the Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
Note about the protein powder: The PB Fit Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Protein Powder works great for this smoothie, however it does contain peanuts and gives the smoothie a slight peanut butter taste. If you have a peanut allergy, you can also use a vanilla protein powder instead.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons PB Fit Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Protein Powder (or vanilla protein powder)
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- ½ cup dates
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Steps
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
The chia seeds make this smoothie really thick. If you need to, add an extra ¼ cup of water.
Enjoy!
